Excellent Customer Service!
Excellent customer service from a long established family run business. The staff could not be more helpful and kind. Very thorough eye examination. We were recommended to Parker Optometrists by several friends locally. We will certainly become regulars! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Faulty lenses
I was happy with the service until ifhad a bubble appear on my lens after a week. When I took them back I was made to feel it was my fault and nothing to do with the manufacturing process although, the glasses had been returned by Parkers' to the anufaturer 4 times and I had waited a month to get them. I had to write several letters to get my money back although all I wanted was a pair of gasses that were not faulty. I have now been asked not to come ack - not that I had any intention of doing ths. Very disappointed with the after service.

Excellent service
I wish I had found an opticians as good as this years ago. Family-run, caring & professional. Could not be more helpful.
